    基于GIS的深圳市违法建筑居住人口密度空间分布研究

    GIS based research on the spatial distribution of population density in illegal buildings in Shenzhen City

    • 摘要: 以深圳市违法建筑内居住人口密度为研究对象,利用GIS空间自相关分析方法对其空间分布模式进行分析,然后分别对单中心假设和多中心假设下的2类人口密度分布模型进行了拟合,最后通过对R2的对比分析选择最佳拟合模型,还利用违法建筑租赁实际数据进行了理论验证.研究结果表明,深圳市违法建筑居住人口密度总体存在聚集效应,福田区、罗湖区和龙华新区交接处存在局部聚集性;单中心模型中的二次指数模型是最合适的用于描述违法建筑居住人口密度分布的模型.租赁数据验证结果证明其完全符合火山口理论;多中心模型整体拟合度较低,表明多中心趋势还未形成.

       

      Abstract: To study the spatial distribution of population density in illegal buildings in Shenzhen,the authors used GIS technologies such as spatial autocorrelation analysis method and regression analysis method. Spatial autocorrelation analysis method was used to study the spatial distribution pattern of the population density in illegal buildings in Shenzhen. Both monocentric population density models and multi-centric population density models were fitted by regression analysis method. The study results show that the spatial clustering pattern of the population density is existent according to the global Moran's I index, and the area joining the Futian, Luohu and Longhua district is the hot spot area according to the Local Moran's I and Getis-Ord Gi? index. The fitting results show that,among all the population density models,the quadratic exponential model can best describe population density distribution in illegal buildings of Shenzhen, while the overall fitting results of multi -centric models are at low level, which shows that the multiple centers fail to form the population in illegal buildings. The quadratic exponential model can not only obtain the best result from statistical point of view but also verify that it fits the crator theory well with rent data of illegal buildings.
