    基于生态环境质量指数的生态环境承载力评价——以德州市主城区为例

    Evaluation of eco-environmental carrying capacity based on the ecological index: A case study of the main urban area of Dezhou City

    • 摘要: 生态环境承载力评价是促进区域可持续发展、保护生态环境、优化资源配置等的重要手段。该文基于卫星遥感数据,辅以现场调查,结合生物丰度指数、植被覆盖指数、水网密度指数、土地胁迫指数、污染胁迫指数和生态环境综合指数构建生态指数模型,对山东省德州市主城区2015年、2020年的生态环境承载力进行了评价。结果表明,2015年主城区生态环境质量指数(ecological index,EI)值为64.93,2020年主城区EI值为66.27,生态环境状况均为“良”; 2015—2020年期间,德州市主城区生态环境状况总体呈现略有上升的趋势,质量整体上保持较好,无过度恶化现象,但仍有部分乡镇(街道)生态状况出现质量下降的情况,需引起重视。该研究可以为德州市未来城市发展和生态环境保护提供重要的决策参考和数据支持。

       

      Abstract: The evaluation of eco-environmental carrying capacity represents an important means of regional sustainable development, eco-environmental protection, and resource allocation optimization. Based on satellite remote sensing data, supplemented by field surveys, this study constructed an ecological index (EI) model by integrating the biological richness index (BRI), vegetation coverage index(VCI), water network denseness index(WNDI), land stress index(LSI), pollution load index(PLI), and comprehensive eco-environmental index. Using this model, this study evaluated the eco-environmental carrying capacity for the main urban area of Dezhou City in 2015 and 2020. The results indicate that the main urban area exhibited an EI value of 64.93 in 2015 and 66.27 in 2020, indicating a good eco-environmental condition. Specifically, from 2015 to 2020, the main urban area showed an overall upward trend in eco-environmental conditions, with the quality generally remaining good and no signs of excessive deterioration. However, some townships (streets) presented an eco-environmental decline, which warrants attention. This study can provide significant decision-making references and data support for the future urban development and eco-environmental protection of Dezhou City.
