Abstract

According to the experiment of application of remote sensing in regional investigation in Hong han Mountain at 1:50,000 scale, the author put forward some initial views on application of remote sensing in regional investigation, e. g. composition of interpretion map, location choosing of optimum section, distribution of surveying routes and points, study on mineralized features etc., and presented briefly effect of remote sensing application in regional investigation. At last, he made the proposal of application of remote sensing technology in regional investigation at 1: 50, 000.
