STUDY OF METHOD FOR EVALUATING THE CURRENT SITUATION OF CITY BUILDINGS USING ARIAL REMOTE SENSING IMAGES

Abstract  In this paper, the classification system for buildings in Jincheng City was brought up. Using anal color-infrared images, the buildings were classified. With the help of CMLUSsystem, The area of different type buildings was mapped and calculated. According to the result of investigation on- the-spot and statistics data, the total area of each type of building and the possession level of each person were calculated. At last, The current situation of buildings in the city was evaluated.
