MONITORING ON THE SILT DISTRIBUTION OF COASTAL REGION IN FUJIAN PROVINCE BY METEOROLOGICAL SATELLITE REMOTE SENSING

Abstract  

According to the reflection characteristic of water body on solar radiation spectrum, the suspended silt distribution of coastal region in Fujian Province was analysed by using NOAA polar orbit satellite multi-channel spectra reflectivity remote sensing data, and so obtained a preliminary monitoring result from good quality maps of silt distribution in different time.
