Abstract

The Seastar of U. S. A., the second special satellite used in sea water colour after Nimbus-7 launched in 1978, will be launched in 1995. The second Ocean institute of state oceanic bureau have been allowed by NASAto built the station to receive the Seastar data. This Paper introduce the Seastar and its orbit, the SeaWiFS.and the receiving and application of the data.
