Abstract Apply ratio-composite processing method of Landsat TMdata to extract the hydrothermal altered minerals information on Au-Ag deposit in the moderatevegetation covered area. It was emphasized to analyse a few reflective spectrum characteristics of the hydrothermal altered minerals. And two ratio-composite images with the geophysical and geochemical data were used to predict deposit.New mineralized area was discovered.
